Remote Patient Monitoring
This program can be for Medicare recipients or other clients that have different parameters they would like monitored regarding their health. You will be provided a monitor (blood pressure cuff, scale, pulse oximeter, or scale) & assisted a registered nurse to assist with your healthcare goals.
